Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond (named by Jotaro, btw) is something like a Persona of SMT fame. It normally can't be seen by regular people, but the Syno mods have stated that Stands will be visible to all Investigators.

The long and short of Crazy Diamond's ability is this: it punches things really hard and really fast, and can fix basically anything. The only things it can't do are heal Josuke himself, bring back the dead, and fix things missing "parts".

General Stand info. In canon, Stands are only visible to other Stand users, and, to regular human beings, are generally classified as paranormal activity or ESP. However, due to the panfandom nature of RP, it wouldn't surprising if characters who have some baseline form of spiritual awareness, or have supernatural powers of their own can see them.

Josuke's Stand, Crazy Diamond is known to have remarkable speed and strength, but as a result, is thus strictly limited to close quarter combat. Though immeasurable by any conventional means, Josuke estimates Crazy Diamond's punch can reach speeds of 300km/h, and while powerful, this is actually pretty much a run of the mill Stand ability. What sets Crazy Diamond apart from other Stands is its unique skill which restores any given thing, organic, inanimate, anything to an earlier state in its history, provided all the necessary components or parts are present. This essentially makes Josuke the ultimate healer and repairman, and Jotaro notes that this ability is a reflection of the kind of person Josuke is at his core. This power is not without limit however, as there are three general rules Josuke must abide by: he is unable to heal his own injuries, he cannot bring the dead back to life, and anything missing a comprehensible "part" will not reform. To expand, think of it like a puzzle. You can't complete it if you're missing a few of the pieces, right? Same concept applies here. He can't make something out of nothing, and if whatever he's fixing is missing parts, it's a no go. Additionally, this power is partly related to Josuke's current emotional mindset; the angrier he is when using Crazy Diamond's power, the higher the chance of permanent disfiguration. This does not only apply to an object's original state as Josuke is also able to fuse two items together, usually with disastrous results, thanks to his... temper. This is generally a last resort however, as Josuke is quite adamant in his refusal to kill. If you're nice, he might fix you up later.

It's worth noting that provided the above three "rules" are not broken, the application of Crazy Diamond's ability is virtually limitless. To give a few examples from canon, he was able to restore a cooked meal to its original ingredients, sever a Stand's wooden hand (by fixing a broken bottle around said hand), capture a Stand from inside his mother's stomach (punched through her and used the bottle trick), tracking (parts of objects will seek each other out in order to be restored)... yeah... it gets pretty weird...
